GOD is real

GOD is real. HE is who HE is. GOD is alive. This means that people can talk to HIM and get to know HIM just as we do any living person. HE has a personality. HE is not a figment of peoples imaginations. HE cannot be conformed to whatever image people want him to be. HE is not a rule book. HE is not morals that can be adjusted because people dont or do like them at the time. HE is not a theology or doctrine but HE is a spirit.GOD wants for you to be HIS friend and love HIM more than anything in the world. GOD did not create sin HE only created good but human beings in our hearts and actions betrayed GOD (that is sin). GOD wants you to live forever with HIM but you cannot do that if youre covered with sin.GOD is so full of forgiveness HE made a way for you to be covered with something else (grace-JESUS CHRIST) and to have a heart that would not betray HIM ever again. GOD came in the form of a man and died because that is the penalty of sin and HE didnt want us to have to pay it. GOD sent the same spirit that lived in JESUS CHRIST to change the hearts of anyone who asks to be changed. GOD is so in love with you that when HE changes you its always for the better(so don't worry). Finally, I didnt make this stuff up (its in the BIBLE). If you dont trust the BIBLE do what we as people do and test it. Give GOD a chance to be the LORD or ruler of your life and HE will prove to you that the BIBLE is true. That means do what HE says and trust that HE's right. If you dont at least give HIM a chance then youre missing out on the very reason you're alive for no reason other than fear. If you do want to give HIM a chance then I must warn you to be real with GOD, The bible says that HE sees everything and knows your darkest thoughts and yet HE loves you and only thinks good thoughts of you(we dont even love ourselves that much). So if you choose to come to GOD just say (u dont have to use these exact words as long as your heart is in it): LORD JESUS, who has made it possible for me to talk to GOD and be heard with love, reveal yourself to me so that I can know for myself that you are real. Place in me the same spirit that raised you from the dead so that I can be raised from the death of my sins. I admit that I have been living a life that is killing me and hurting you and I repent. GOD I am ashamed of the way I have lived my life and I now wish to be like you, good and perfect. JESUS, even though everything in me is telling me that I cannot be those things, you have promised me that I can. Now GOD I pray that as I reach out to you, that you would take me and teach me how to live the way that youve called me to. I surrender my life to you and ask that you would take control. Through the name, death and ressurection of JESUS CHRIST, I pray. AmenIf you begin a relationship with GOD don't let it end with a prayer but continue to pursue and get-to-know GOD. Ask GOD to help you to find a church where you can learn more about who GOD is and what HE desires for your life. Now is the time to be honest with GOD about where you are in life ( no matter how far from HIM you are) and allow HIM to continually change you from the inside out.Here are some scriptures to help you to know how GOD feels about you and what HE has planned for your life:Isaiah 59:1-2,16,20 "Behold the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither HIS ear heavy, that it cannot hear: (2) But your sins have seperated you and your GOD and your sins have hid his face from you, that HE will not hear...(16) And [GOD] saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore HIS arm brought righteousness unto [men]; and HIS righteousness sustained [men]...(20) And the redeemer shall come into Zion and unto them that turn from sin in Jacob, saith the LORD."Jeremiah 3: 11-15 11 The LORD said to me, "Faithless Israel is more righteous than unfaithful Judah. 12 Go, proclaim this message toward the north: " 'Return, faithless Israel,' declares the LORD, 'I will frown on you no longer, for I am merciful,' declares the LORD, 'I will not be angry forever. 13 Only acknowledge your guilt— you have rebelled against the LORD your God, you have scattered your favors to foreign gods under every spreading tree, and have not obeyed me,' " declares the LORD. 14 "Return, faithless people," declares the LORD, "for I am your husband.
